A Solid Foundation starts with proper equitation and balance, including hand, seat and leg position and the execution of the hand and leg aides to correctly communicate with your horse.
Gain control of all aspects of your horse and be able to make good judgments while riding.
Learn how to jog, lope, canter and do a rising trot as well as execute circles, serpentines, patterns, etc.
Work on your form and equitation and practice advanced techniques such as flying lead changes, suppleness, proper carriage and frame, impulsion, rhythm, tempo, balanced transitions and soft invisible communication.
