About Us
"Dansin in the Dark" Design Studio@
I started riding and showing horses at the age of 9 and went on to work for my horse trainer, Cathy Barker Seeton, of Blue Royal Limited, who specializes in Arabian Horses. With 15 years of experience breaking, training and showing horses with Cathy, and giving horse back riding lessons, I stepped out on my own after relocating to Idaho. I have worked with many breeds, and clients, including trail riders, and have been successful with showing Arabians and Half Arabians, Quarter Horses and Paints, including Dressage, Hunter under saddle, Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Country English Pleasure, Trail, Equitation, and Show Hack, and I have been blessed to win many championships, with many amazing horses. Many of the horses I have worked with are still showing and winning today.
A Special Note for 4-H Horse Project Members
As a prior member, President and News Letter Editor, 4-H was a special time in my life. I remember my dad taking my horse and me to California Horse Classic, where I won English Equitation, English Pleasure and Dressage Suitability Championships. The next year my Horse Project Record Book won 1st place at the California State Fair. I worked through all Horsemastership levels placing with Gold and Silver medals. I have mentored many young riders to be successful, including Jessica Leonard, who now lives in Kentucky, rides for the Pony Club and rode 3 day eventing in Germany. >>> Way to go!! 4-H is a great program to be part of.
